Matthew S. Marquette

P:(412) 281-5423

Matt Marquette has extensive experience representing victims of negligence and their families. Matt has handled cases in a wide range of areas including medical malpractice, construction accidents, products liability, wrongful death, serious automobile accidents and aviation accidents. Matt has recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients and focuses exclusively on helping injured people and their families get their lives back on track.

Matt takes a very personal approach to his practice. Matt believes that in serious cases it is impossible to adequately represent an individual until he understands what his client has gone through and spends time getting to know each client and their families. Pursuing any case is a partnership between the lawyer and the client and Matt takes that relationship seriously.

Matt only handles injury and death cases on a contingent fee basis. He never charges a fee to a client unless he obtains a recovery on their behalf.

Matt is always available to meet in person and discuss your issues and see if we can work together to obtain a recovery for you or a loved one.

Matt was selected in a survey of his peers as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers “Rising Star”, a distinction awarded to less than 3% of attorneys in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Matt is also a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. The Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum is one of the most distinguished group of trial lawyers in the United States. Less than 1% of US Lawyers are members. Membership is only open to lawyers who have obtained multi-million dollar recoveries for their client on a single case.

Matt resides in the Point Breeze neighborhood of Pittsburgh with his three children and his wife Maggie. He served for three years as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity at Duquesne University. He also coaches baseball for the 14th Ward Baseball Association.
