Biography

Robyn B. Eisen is an associate attorney at Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky.  Ms. Eisen concentrates her practice in civil litigation, focusing on real estate and business related matters and criminal defense.

Ms. Eisen also advises clients on a broad range of residential real estate matters, including negotiating and drafting real estate purchase and sale agreements, drafting and negotiation of residential and commercial leases, property management and tax assessment appeals.  Ms. Eisen routinely represents businesses and individuals in a variety of areas associated with business and real estate litigation and contract claims.

Prior to joining Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky, Ms. Eisen practiced in the areas of personal injury and medical malpractice in a firm in upstate New York.  Recently for the past five years she practiced with a local firm focusing on real estate and business litigation.

Ms. Eisen earned her J.D. from Albany Law School in 2004.  While at Albany Law, she served as the Executive Editor for the Albany Law Journal of Science and Technology, was a member of trial team and served as a Judicial Extern for The Honorable Thomas McAvoy in the Northern District of New York.

When not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.

  • Represented purchasers of real property in Quiet Title Actions.
